Below is everything you need to know to roll away happy (and well‑informed).
1. How to Pre‑Order
Order online via our Square store link in menu or by clicking on the top right corner “Order Now”.
Choose your pickup time inside our windows
Weekends: 10 AM – 1 PM
Don’t worry if its not super accurate just text us to let us know!
Complete checkout by Thursday at 3 PM .
We bake fresh‑to‑order, so day‑before pre‑orders keep waste low and rolls perfect.Check your email for an instant confirmation.
Cut‑off reminder: The store closes at 3 PM each Thursday. Any orders after that roll into the following weekend.
2. Pickup Window
Time: select your exact slot at checkout within the window/s

4. FAQ
Q: Can I walk up and buy rolls day‑of?
A: Soft opening is preorder‑only so we can dial in production. If we have extras we’ll post on Instagram day‑of.
Q: How do I keep them fresh?
A: Although we serve our rolls at room temperature, we can warm them up for you in the microwave upon request. Once home, heat for about 60 seconds in the microwave or 10–15 minutes at 300°F in the oven. Rolls are best enjoyed warm! Eat within an hour for the freshest bite, or refrigerate in the box for up to 3 days.
Q: Do you offer gluten‑free/vegan?
A: Not yet, but we’re experimenting – stay tuned!
