1. How to Pre‑Order

1. Order online via our Square store link in menu or by clicking on the top right corner “Order Now”.

   1. Choose your pickup time inside our windows

      Weekdays: window 1 | 8:30 AM - 10AM

      window 2 | 11:30 AM - 1 PM

      Weekends: 10 AM – 1 PM

      Don’t worry if its not super accurate just text us to let us know!

      Note: We are closed Mondays for inventory replenishment

2. Complete checkout by 7:30 PM the day before.
   We bake fresh‑to‑order, so day‑before pre‑orders keep waste low and rolls perfect.

3. Check your email for an instant confirmation.

Cut‑off reminder: The store closes at 7:30 PM each day for next‑day pickups. Any orders after that roll into the following day.

Note: CinnaDots are only available on weekends

2. Pickup Window

• Time: select your exact slot at checkout within the window/s

• Location: 4750 Allene Way, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
  (Park your car & call or text us! Please don’t come inside the kitchen.)

• Running early/late? Shoot us a text – we’ll time your rolls so they’re just right.

• Please have your order number or name handy.

4. FAQ

Q: Can I walk up and buy rolls day‑of?
A: Soft opening is preorder‑only so we can dial in production. If we have extras we’ll post on Instagram day‑of.

Q: How do I keep them fresh?
A: Rolls are best warm! Enjoy within 1 hr or refrigerate in the box up to 3 days. Reheat for around 60 sec in the microwave or 10-15  min at 300 °F in the oven.

Q: Do you offer gluten‑free/vegan?
A: Not yet, but we’re experimenting – stay tuned!
